Frequently asked

I haven't trained in years — am I too out of shape to start?

No. The Rebuilder path was designed exactly for this. We assess where you are now, build a plan that respects that, and progress at the rate your body responds. The first goal is consistency, not intensity.

Do you do CrossFit?

No — that's not what we offer. We program strength, conditioning, gymnastics, mobility, and skill work in dedicated blocks rather than mixed CrossFit-style sessions.

Can I train fully online?

Yes. The app library is fully self-paced, and Hybrid Coaching is built so you can train anywhere with weekly video check-ins.

How long until I see results?

Honest answer: noticeable strength changes show up in 6–8 weeks of consistent training. Skill work (like a handstand) takes longer — usually a 12-week dedicated block. Body composition changes follow nutrition consistency more than training volume.

What if I have an injury or chronic pain?

Bring it to the discovery call. We work around (and often help reduce) common stuff: low back, shoulder, knee, neck. For anything acute we'll refer you to a PT first and coordinate with them.
